Polite people working here, cosy place. In an IDEAL location, 10 minutes' walk to train. We could see the city from our window. Moreover, it had parking on-site.

There is bad smell in some places.

in general, the hotel was very clean. a shared kitchen was ok for us. the venue was a super base for enjoying a shopping area. walking distance to tokyo, where you can have lunch. it deserves its 2 stars.
